We have tried to bring together a range of smart and casual Countryside wear and gifts with the emphasis on quality and value for money. VAT is included where applicable.
Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

Please make cheques payable to Liebre and write your cheque card number on the reverse. If you do not have an order form, please write out your order clearly on paper along with your name and address, where applicable size and/or colour choice should be clearly stated.
Returned Goods
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason.
Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods.
If an item is being returned due to it being faulty - Liebre will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item - up to the value of £5.00 Postage will not be refunded on exchanges or returns made for any other reason, return postage is at the buyers expense. Please be aware of this when returning items.
Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose a copy of the paperwork that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for an exchange item.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.
Deliveries
We aim to hold stocks of all lines listed on our website and aim to process the order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly. Orders placed before 11am we will endeavour to process the same day. Orders after 11am will be processed the following day. Deliveries will be sent by courier who will require a signature upon delivery unless previously organised. Lighter items may be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
Postage & Packing
UK , Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. (3-5 working days) - £2.50
Channel Islands/N. Ireland - £10.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).
S. Ireland - £20.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).
Europe - £25.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.
Payments are accepted in pounds sterling only.
There are no current export restrictions.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions of our products are accurate, some details, such as colour, may not be a true representation.
These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
